Licensing

RGPixel is a conversion tool, not a content marketplace. The short version: what you upload is yours, and what comes out is yours too. We claim nothing.

Your uploads stay yours

  • You retain all right, title and interest in every image you upload. Uploading grants RGPixel no ownership whatsoever.
  • You grant us only the minimal technical permission needed to operate the service: to store, process and convert your images, and to display them back to you in your library and studio. Nothing more.
  • This permission ends when the content is deleted — by you, by plan retention rules, or by account deletion.

The results are yours

  • All conversion outputs — SVG, PNG, WebP, AVIF files, recolored variants, icon packs — belong to you.
  • Use them for anything: commercial or personal projects, client work, products, print. No attribution required, no license fees, no expiry.
  • We claim no copyright or other rights over converted results, and we will never require you to credit RGPixel.

What we will never do with your images

  • We do not use your uploads or results to train AI or machine-learning models.
  • We do not redistribute, resell, license or publish your images to anyone.
  • We access your content only to provide the service to you (e.g. running the conversion pipeline) or where the law compels us.

Your responsibility

  • By uploading an image you confirm that you own it or hold the rights needed to upload and convert it (e.g. a license from the creator, or your client's permission).
  • Converting an image does not create new rights in it. If you didn't have the right to use an image before converting it, you don't have it afterwards either.
  • You are solely responsible for how you use conversion results, including compliance with any third-party licenses that apply to the source image.

RGPixel's own property

  • The RGPixel software, conversion engine, website, brand and design remain the property of RG DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES S.R.L. Your license to use the service does not transfer any of these.
